Multivitamin with Iron provides iron in the gentle, well-tolerated form of Ferrochel™ Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate. This amino acid-chelated form is typically well-tolerated and easier on the stomach than other common supplemental forms of iron.
Multivitamin with Iron provides active B vitamins including folate in the methylated form of 5-MTHF (methylfolate). Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These coenzyme forms support healthy methylation, homocysteine levels, and those with MTHFR genetic mutations. Here at Seeking Health, you will never find the inferior forms of folic acid or cyanocobalamin.
Suggested use
Take 4 capsules once daily with food, or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep.
