Suggested use
Baking Instructions
You will need:
- 5 Tablespoons Water
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- Place oven rack in lowest position; heat oven to 475ºF. Spray 10 or 12-inch round pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine pizza crust mix, water, oil and egg, in a medium bowl; stir about 30 strokes until combined and a smooth dough forms.
- Press dough onto prepared pan. Generously prick dough with fork.
- Bake crust in pre-heated oven for 8 minutes*. Remove from oven and top with desired pizza toppings. Place back in the oven for an additional 7 to 10 minutes* or until crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
Little Sausage Breakfast Pizzas
Crust
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 (6.5 oz) package Pillsbury® Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mic
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
Filling
- 4 cooked sausage patties, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Roma tomato
- 1/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
Prepare crust mix according to package instructions through step 3.
Bake crust at 475ºF for 8 minutes*.
Stir together sausage, cheese, tomato, bell pepper, salt, black pepper, and egg in medium mixing bowl. Remove crust from oven and top with sausage mixture.
Place back in the oven for an additional 7 to 10 minutes* or until crust is golden brown.
