Cacao Butter
Cacao was once so revered by the Mayans and the Aztecs that it was used as currency. Obtained from the whole cacao bean, cacao butter is a nourishing edible oil containing healthy fats. Cacao butter is obtained by pressing the beans at low temperature, thereby separating the oil from the protein and the fiber. There are no chemicals or solvents used in the process. Suggested use

Make your own artisanal chocolate bars with other Organic Traditions Superfoods such as Goji berries and Vanilla. With its incredible emollient properties, use the butter as a beauty treatment. Rub a small piece of butter in the palm of your hand and apply to the skin or slowly melt the better in a sauce pan. Add essential oils of your choice. Cacao butter is the most incredible moisturizer, lip balm, cuticle cream, stretch mark and cellulite "eraser", hair and scalp treatment, sensual edible massage oil and aromatic bath oil.
