This blue raspberry flavored drink mix delivers 150 mg of caffeine anhydrous in every scoop to help give you the boost you need to get in the game. Add a serving to your favorite beverage 30 minutes before working out, and feel the long-lasting energy and endurance. To make sure you stay hydrated, we’ve included coconut water, a low-sugar source of important electrolytes so you can help replenish those lost during exercise.
Suggested use
Mix one level scoop (12.3 g) in 8-10 oz of water or shaker bottle 20-30 minutes before working out. Start with one full scoop to assess tolerance. For maximum effect, use two full scoops (24.6 g). Adjust the amount of water as needed to achieve desired flavor intensity. Do not take more than two scoops at a time or in one day. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within 4-5 hours of bedtime. Keep well hydrated. Scoop included.
