Serving Suggestions: Reese Wild Rice will enhance any meal. The earthy flavor and nutty texture is a wonderful addition to stuffing, salads, soups, and casseroles. Go wild, the possibilities are endless.
- In medium saucepan, bring 2 1/2 cups liquid, and 1/4 tsp. salt (optional) to a boil.
- Stir in entire box of rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 60 minutes. For firmer texture, decrease cooking time. For softer, more tender texture, increase cooking time.
- Once desired texture has been reached, remove from heat. Drain excess liquid, fluff with a fork and serve.
