Suggested use
Insert the nozzle into the nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1-2 times in each nostril up to three times per day.

Medical grade manuka honey 16+ MGO 600, saline solution, vegetable glycerin and as the preservative, natural fruit and plant extracts containing citric and ascorbic acids (vitamin C).

Storage: Store at room temperature.
You may experience mild stinging or burning, the effect of the honey and the saline. If this continues beyond 4-5 days please discontinue use and seek professional medical help.
