L'Oreal presents Telescopic Carbon Black Mascara, for lashes with dramatic-looking length and intensity.
How It Works: The patented Precision Brush visibly lengthens lashes up to 60% and exclusive Carbon Black pigments provide two times the intensity!
*2X more intense pigments compared to L'Oréal's regular black.
Suggested use
Place the brush at the base of lashes and gently sweep up to tip.
