Suggested use

Use this reusable fine-weave cheesecloth for draining homemade soft cheeses, such as cream cheese, fromage blanc, labneh, and kefir cheese. It also makes a great breathable jar cover for culturing kombucha, milk kefir, water, kifer, and more,
Before use: Sterilize in boiling water.
After use: Rinse in cold water and wash in the washing machine with mild detergent.
We recommend an extra rinse cycle to remove all soap residue.
Sterilize in boiling water prior to use.
Citric Acid for cheesemaking
Use according to your recipe to make acid cheeses, including mozzarella and ricotta.
Cheese Salt
Our non-iodized flake salt dissolves readily. Use it according to your recipe to flavor, preserve and brine your homemade cheese.
