- 1 1/2 tbsp milk or substitute

Suggested use
Directions:
Add or change color? Add another ColorKitchen blue packet for a deeper blue, 1 pink packet for purple, or one yellow packet for green.
- Put powdered sugar in medium bowl and mix in color powder.
- Once blended, stir in milk and vanilla.
- Add butter and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Frost and top with sprinkles! Refrigerate unused frosting.
