Dear Friends, Many years ago, my wife Charlee and I stayed at a beautiful bed and breakfast in the Scottish countryside. One morning, our hostess served us the most amazing cereal. It was full of rolled grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruit. This was my first contact with the traditional European cereal known as muesli. After I got my first taste of muesli, I just could not get enough of it. I enjoyed it so much that I was inspired to make my very own version of this nutritious cereal.
Nowadays, not everyone wants to eat grains - you know who you are! This special gluten free, grain free blend is just for you: flush with coconut, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, cashews, almonds and macadamia nuts. Currants, cranberries and blueberries add a delectable sweetness. We know that even a little bit of gluten can be a big problem for those of you with gluten sensitivities, so we ensure the integrity of our Gluten Free Paleo Muesli every step of the way, handling it exclusively in our dedicated gluten free facility. Like all our gluten free products, our Gluten Free Paleo Muesli is batch tested in our quality control laboratory using an Elisa Gluten Assay test to confirm the absence of gluten. Whether you eat it cold with non-dairy milk or yogurt, or snack on it right out of the bag, I just know you will enjoy this delightful cereal.

Perfectly Simple Cereal
Our paleo muesli is wonderfully tasty and nourishing! What makes this cereal so great? It's perfectly simple: Nuts and seeds provide a hearty combination of fats and proteins with a pleasant flavor and crunch. Dried fruit adds a touch of wholesome sweetness.
Make It Cold
For cold cereal, add 1/4 cup muesli to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 1 terrific serving.
Try It Swiss Style
To make 1 serving of Swiss-style cereal, combine 1/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 cored and grated apple (including the peel). Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Try It as a Snack
Our Paleo Muesli also makes a great snack right out of the bag, and a splendid addition to other recipes.
